It is estimated that one in five American will develop skin cancer in their lifetime, and approximately twenty people die of melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer, each day. Skin cancer is highly treatable when caught early. Washington Hospital is holding a free SPOT Skin Cancer screening at Nakamura Clinic in Union City on Saturday, August 27, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
