Keep it Moving
This group exercise class uses full range of motion to increase cardiovascular
endurance, balance, and flexibility without a lot of tension on your joints.
Appropriate for all fitness levels and ages.
Monday, 3 - 4 pm

Chair Yoga
Yoga practice supports overall health and consists of basic movements,
structural alignment and breathing awareness while seated in a chair.
Tuesday, 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
$40 per month
Ladies Choice
Get into shape by joining the Ladies Choice Program. Individualized exercise
programs in a comfortable, friendly environment. One hour class includes
30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of resistance work.
For women only.
Tuesday and Thursday, 4:30 - 5:30 pm

Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga offers a slow-paced practice combining gentle yoga poses, breath
work and strengthening and stretching the entire body through flowing
sequences and held postures.
Friday, 12 – 1 pm
