Mindful Yoga
Mindful Yoga cultivates awareness for mental, physical and spiritual well-being. This class offers an inclusive approach to yoga by integrating meditative practices of self-reflection with strengthening postures and dynamic stretching.

Power Hour
Redefine “Power Hour” with a low-impact cardio workout that includes active and static flexibility, and strength training that includes movements both with, and without the use of weights. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Tuesdays, 3 – 4 p.m.

Yoga
Yoga practice supports overall health and consists of basic movements, structural alignment and breathing awareness.

Wednesdays, 5 – 6 p.m.

Heartfulness Meditation
Experience a simple method to a practical way of uncovering the heart’s unlimited resources. Listen and follow your inner self through meditation. Come and experience the beauty of the heart!

Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga offers a slow-paced practice combining gentle yoga poses, breath work and strengthening and stretching the entire body through flowing sequences and held postures.
