The 36th Annual Top Hat Gala

The 36th Annual Top Hat Gala, taking place on Saturday, October 8. We are very excited to be back in person and celebrate as a community once again! Top Hat brings together corporate leaders, local philanthropists and community partners for an extraordinary evening featuring delicious cuisine, hosted cocktails, entertainment, dancing and a lively auction.

In June, 2022, Washington Hospital Healthcare System was approved by Alameda County Emergency Medical Services Agency to become the next designated Level II Adult Trauma Center in the County in the next five years. Funds from Top Hat will be used to acquire lifesaving equipment & technology for Washington Hospital’s new Level II Adult Trauma Center. Your support will ensure that Washington Hospital has the resources it needs to take the next step in providing the highest quality health care services to the community, when and where they need it most.

Our event has changed a bit this year with limited attendance due to safety precautions and the need to update our gala, yet be mindful of costs and our fundraising goals. There will not be a sit down dinner as in the past, however we are excited to offer a strolling dinner including amazing food, cocktails and a dessert wall! We again have partnered with McCalls Catering ensuring the food will be memorable and plentiful. In addition, there will be a hosted garden reception, roaming entertainment, live auction, dancing and more!

We thank you in advance for your consideration and support of Washington Hospital Healthcare Foundation.
