Jason Sing Chu, MD

About Dr. Chu

Dr. Chu graduated from the University of California, Davis in 1981 with a BS in Biochemistry and earned his MD at University of California, Davis in 1986. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at St. Mary’s Hospital in San Francisco in 1989 and did his subspecialty training in Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care at UCLA, finishing in 1992.

Dr. Chu is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary, and Critical Care and is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians. He has been in practice since 1992.

Currently, he is serving as the Co-Director of Washington Hospital’s Respiratory Care Services. He does Cardiopulmonary stress testing for pulmonary rehabilitation and performs transtracheal oxygen catheterizations.
