This class offers an inclusive approach to yoga by integrating meditative
practices of self-reflection with strengthening postures and dynamic stretching.

Power Hour
Redefine “Power Hour” with a low-impact cardio workout that
includes active and static flexibility, and strength training that includes
movements both with, and without the use of weights. Suitable for all
fitness levels.

Yoga practice supports overall health and consists of basic movements,
structural alignment and breathing awareness.

Heartfulness Meditation
Experience a simple method to a practical way of uncovering the heart’s

Gentle yoga offers a slow-paced practice combining gentle yoga poses,
breath work and strengthening and stretching the entire body through flowing
