This specialized and targeted strength program is a time efficient and
proven method that has enabled countless people to enjoy the benefits of increased strength, flexibility
and well being. The program is a natural extension to build strength after
completing regular physical therapy. Given the effectiveness of this type
of training, physicians often recommend this program to build patients
strength prior to surgery.
You’ll train differently – We use a scientifically based fitness approach known as "slow-motion"
exercise. Working on specialized physical therapy equipment, you’ll
lift weights in a series of ultra slow movements, causing your muscles
to work harder and producing far better results than traditional strength training.
Our program is unique in several ways:
You’ll work with a certified personal fitness coach - Your coach will stay at your side, calibrating the equipment for you and
leading you through each exercise.
Your workout only takes about 30 minutes! – During each session, you will be training on six to seven machines, targeting
each major muscle group. Because of the nature of the training regimen,
it only takes 1.5 to 2.5 minutes of exercise per machine to reach muscle fatigue.
A Complete Workout in a Quiet "Non-Gym" Environment – Regular gyms don’t have the safe, specialized equipment
that it takes to effectively conduct slow-motion exercise. Located within
the new Washington Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, our new 5500 square
foot facility offers the most up-to-date equipment in a distraction free
