Comcast Now Broadcasting InHealth Channel in Digital Only Format
Comcast is no longer broadcasting InHealth, a Washington Hospital Channel, in an analog format. If you have a newer TV with a built-in digital tuner, you will need to auto-tune your set to update the channel settings so you can continue to view InHealth.
Older TV sets, without digital tuners, will now require an analog-to-digital cable converter box to view the InHealth Channel. Customers may request a free digital converter by calling 1-800-COMCAST or stop by the Fremont or Hayward Comcast Cable Stores to pick them up. These stores are located at 555 Mowry, in Fremont, and 23525 Clawiter Road., in Hayward.
If you are a cable subscriber with an analog television set and you would like to continue receiving InHealth, or if youre not sure if you have analog or digital cable, please contact Comcast at 1-800-266-2278, for more information.
Those who live throughout the Washington Township Health Care District now have another choice in television programming. Comcast Channel 78 - InHealth, A Washington Hospital Channel - airs original health programming produced by the caregivers of Washington Hospital.
