WOW Mobile Health Clinic
Back from the North Bay
Last October, wildfires devastated Santa Rosa Community Health which serves
50,000 patients annually. Their largest facility, the Vista clinic was
deemed unusable, leaving a dire need for extra space for patient care.
In response to their request, we offered our Washington on Wheels (WOW)
mobile health clinic which provided patient exam rooms.
After several months, the Santa Rosa staff bid a fond and grateful farewell
to the WOW van. We were happy to help our neighbors to the north and will
be equally happy in the coming months, to be able to once again serve
members of our community.
The Washington On Wheels Mobile Health Clinic (WOW) is a mobile medical
unit providing quality health care services primarily to uninsured and
underserved district residents. WOW brings Washington Hospital's commitment

conditions before they become serious and to treat chronic conditions
